Personal injury and acident
Accidents and personal injury claims can normally be made where an injury is caused by the deliberate or negligent act of a person or corporate body, or as a result of a breach of statutory duty, for example employer's liability.
The amount of those damages will vary depending upon the severity of the injuries, the actual financial loss of earnings and the degree of impairment of future earning capacity.
How we can help
Keppe Rofer can advise you as to whether your injuries are likely to give rise to a claim and, if so, the merits and possible value of that claim. Negotiations can be commenced (usually with an insurance company) to achieve a satisfactory settlement. If this is not possible, proceedings can be commenced on your behalf, which may ultimately result in the matter being decided by a Court.
Keppe Rofer are proud to have a member of our Civil Litigation Department on the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel, as well as being members of the Law Society's Accident Line Scheme.
